In continuation of several actions being taken to strengthen the Corporate Responsibility programmes of the company, ArcelorMittal Ostrava is offering citizens an easy way to submit suggestions or lodge complaints relating to the environment. Henceforth, all they have to do is dial the toll-free telephone number 800 100 648.

“I sincerely hope the toll-free telephone line will become a convenient tool for supporting a two-way communication between the citizens and our company for building mutual understanding,” stated Sanjay Samaddar, Chairman of the Board of ArcelorMittal Ostrava.

Callers who dial 800 100 648 will be put through to the operators who will pass the suggestions or complaints on to the office of the Chief Green Officer.
